Xavier played basketball, football, and ran track through out middle and high school. He attended college at the University of South Carolina Aiken for two and a half years, majoring in business. In 2012, he moved to Georgia to attend Le Cordon Bleu and pursue his cooking dreams. He graduated cooking school in October, 2013.
