Xavier Holmes, our April Employee of the Month, was born in Georgetown, South Carolina. He attended Carvers Bay High School and was accepted into the Honor Society in 7th grade. Xavier played basketball, football, and ran track through out middle and high school. He attended college at the University of South Carolina Aiken for two and a half years, majoring in business. In 2012, he moved to Georgia to attend Le Cordon Bleu and pursue his cooking dreams. He graduated cooking school in October, 2013.
